Returns

 

✦ Every order is carefully packed and inspected before shipment.

Due to the nature of books and the costs associated with return shipping, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

✧ Change of mind
✧ Accidental purchases
✧ Incorrect title selection
✧ Delayed delivery caused by carriers
✧ Minor cosmetic imperfections disclosed in the product description
✧ Items on sale

✦ If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@embervale.ca. 

Please include:

✧ Your order number
✧ A description of the issue
✧ Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Cancellations

 

✦ For books that have not yet shipped:

Order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at hello@embervale.ca.

Once an order has been packed, processed, and a shipping label has been created, it cannot be cancelled.

✦ For pre-orders:

Pre-orders may be cancelled up to 7 days before the publisher-stated release date. After this time, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
