Shipping policy

 

✦ Every order is packed with care and shipped from Calgary, Alberta.

Processing Times

✦ If the all items you ordered are in stock, we will process and ship them within 2 business days.

✦ We may experience some delays during major releases, sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume. We will post updates on our website or keep you informed there are significant delays.

Pre-Orders

✦ If your order includes Pre-Order of unreleased titles, we will ship your entire order once the title is published.

✦ Release dates are determined by publishers and may change without notice.

Shipping Within Canada

✦ We currently ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and size of the order.

✦ We offer free standard shipping on orders shipping within Canada over $99 before taxes and after discounts.

✦ Estimated delivery times based on destination are:

✧ Alberta: 1–4 business days
✧ Western Canada: 2–6 business days
✧ Ontario & Quebec: 3–8 business days
✧ Atlantic Canada: 4–10 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. 

Delivery within Calgary

✦ We offer delivery within Calgary and surrounding areas for a $9 flat fee or free for orders over $99 before taxes and after discounts. 

Order Tracking

✦ Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping notification.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

✦ We package and ship all items with utmost care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@embervale.ca with photos of the damaged parcel. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and help find the best resolution.
